The biggest factor that makes a family-owned business successful is trust. We trust each other to do the right thing, to get the work done, and to have each other’s back. We have our own language and a shared history which bonds us as a team, and makes us much more efficient in attending to every little detail of your move.
And we’re a fun group, easy to work with and sometimes irreverent, though always respectful. We understand that sometimes making a move is not always a happy occasion but the result of major life changes – divorce and death, for example. We are also honored to help with military moves, which can be frequent.
What makes this all work is that we balance each other out. Our fearless leader Amy sometime says that she is still prone to micromanaging now and again, but that we remind her to let us do what we do best!
