For local moves, we operate on an hourly basis after the minimum time is met, with billing in convenient 15-minute increments. This ensures you’re only paying for the time you actually need, no surprises and no guesswork.

To help us plan ahead and provide the most accurate service possible, please let us know in advance if you have any large or specialty items such as pianos, organs, pool tables, hot tubs, large TVs, playground equipment, or machinery. These items may require additional care, equipment, or crew members, and additional charges may apply.

Rate for Moves Over 35 Miles

Rates for  moves over 35 miles are based on weight and distance. We provide full-service moving services from the Piedmont Triad and surrounding areas. Weight is generally estimated at 1,000–1,500 pounds per room, or approximately 7 pounds per cubic foot of loaded truck space. Due to the wide range of weight and distance combinations, we recommend calling or scheduling an in-home estimate for an accurate and binding quote.
