No, not the 80s show with Kirk Cameron’s super fluffed curly locks. Business growing pains. The kind that hurt and feel good at the same time, like scratching an itchy scab too hard.
Anyway, that’s what we go here. We are still a small company, no doubt, but this summer we have really grown and taken on more business than we have in the past years. And believe me we are thankful!!!
But with growth comes more expenses- rent, equipment, payroll, liability and the most important- finding hard working, quality people that care about what they do and are excited about your growth and willing to help in anyway.
I will say our current growth in local moves in North Carolina, and our HUGE jump in out of state moves, is no less the work of our dedicated employees that care! Word of mouth and referrals from their great work has come full circle!
I feel confident in our move and new expansion that I have a core group of support in this transition and in our imminent further growth!
